A Skill Tree allows you to hone character's skills and unlock abilities by spending their skill points or SP.
The tree is to be read from top to bottom.
Each skill is represented by a hexagon. Their prerequisites by a white line between them.
General skill trees
There are 3 general skill trees:
- Work
- Politics
- Agriculture
Work
General information
Unlocking the "Work" tree allows your character to:
- Increase the number and regeneration rate of Action Points
- To work:
- by taking job offers at Town Hall
- at the mines
- collecting medicinal herbs (simples) outside of town
- on natural resources
- Improve your salary, your production
- at the mine
- at the lake, in the orchard or in the forest
- Increase the chances of the durability of your tools
You will need 45 skill points or SP to complete it.

General Information
To access the "Politics" tree, your character must have a house.
Unlocking the "Politics" tree allows your character to:
- Enlist in the village militia
- See the current:
- Vote in elections mentioned above
- To be a candidate, to present or to be present a list in the elections mentioned above
You will need 11 skill points to complete it.

General information
To access the "Agriculture" tree, your character must have a field.
Unlocking the "Agriculture" tree allows your character to:
- Recruit workers for your field
- Cultivate a vegetable field
- Raise sheep and cows
- Buy a second field
- Define a minimum characteristic when hiring workers
- Increase the yield, the quality of the crop fields
- Increase the maximum number and chances of survival of your animals
You will need 30 skill points to complete it.

To access the "Craft" tree, your character must have a workshop.
There are 9 specialized skill trees known as Crafting for:
- the Weaver
- the Blacksmith
- the Carpenter
- the Baker

- the Luxury Products
Nota bene:
- Luxury products are made in special workshops.
- The details of the specialized skill trees are given in the craftsman's workshop.
