Civil Servant

Civil Servant is a title the character achieves after meeting the requirements of:
- being ≥ level 100 and
- appropriate clothing: trousers or a skirt, a belt, hose, a hat, shoes and a shirt and
- minimal characteristics: 60 strength points, 60 intelligence points, 120 charisma points, 100 reputation points and
- paying 1000 pounds - 2500 pounds
- having chosen the State and Army way as cultural baggage after meeting the Count's first secretary and having chosen the major way of the State
A Civil Servant owns property and lives in his/her house, therefore is listed in the Town Information at the town hall.
Civil Servants may:
- look for new ideas
- teach their knowledges to students
- read books in the library of the university
- improve their skills
- take classes to listen to lessons
- work in their skill fields
- produce state points for town halls or counties or duchies
Note:
- While the title 'Civil Servant' can only be obtained by characters that have chosen the major way of State, other scholars can still produce state points and work as a civil servant as long as they have studied the scholastic skills of State.
