Every character needs a place to live and sleep, right? The two places a character may live are:
- the shelter, for new characters until they buy their first house
- a house, which you can call your home and decorate to your liking
The property is accessible via:

- shows the shelter or your house from inside
- allows to check the property inventory
- allows to display all your properties
- allows to develop the property (for placing furnishings)
Note:
- To develop the property the character needs to be in the home town.
