Buying a mansion
To purchase the mansion on the land market, your character has to:
The mansion cannot be:
- resold / removed
- placed on a location in the cadastral map of the village's 3D view
- furnished
After purchasing the plot to build the mansion, your character can hire artisans. There are five stages to its construction.
Job offers for artisans and workers are:
- displayed at the town hall - Job offers
- composed of:
- a salary ranging from 12.00 to 50.00 pounds
- a qualification ranging from 0 to 19 Intelligence points (carpenter, mason and weaver).
Raw materials for construction must be placed in the inventory of the mansion. Do not place too many job offers at once, instead carry out the various stages gradually. If not all the job offers are accepted by artisans and workers, the day's work will not be done, but the artisans and/or workers will be paid and the raw materials consumed nonetheless.
Note:
- Your character can only purchase one mansion. Choose wisely the capital where you want to build it, as this decision cannot be reversed.
- Building a mansion in the same capital as an apartment will result in the destruction of the apartment. Items stored in the apartment will be automatically transferred to the mansion's inventory.
- You cannot employ yourself to build the mansion.
- You cannot cancel the job offers once you confirm searching for workers.
- Once you place the job offers you cannot search for more workers at the same day.
