Useful for the carpenter to build tools and furniture or for anyone as an Improvised weapon: -2 hits - Produced by a carpenter.
The Shaft (also named Stick or Staff) is:
- an improvised weapon:
- does not change the combat coefficient of your character when equipped in the wardrobe in the event of fighting in/against an army.
- an artisanal product:
- made by the carpenter in their workshop from using bushels of wood.
- a raw material:
- used by the carpenter and blacksmith for production
- an intermediate product:
- used as a raw material by the carpenter to produce blunt axes, rustic benches, rustic stools, rocking chairs, shortbows, longbows and Dye brushes.
- used as a raw material by the blacksmith to produce interior torches, shovels and blunt axes.
Effect:
- -2 hits in combat dealing to an opponent during a fight involving an army.
It can be sold or bought on the market of town between 5.00 and 15.95 pounds.
It has a weight of 1 in the inventory, but a weight of 0 when equipped in the wardrobe.
It can be found on the wardrobe's slot: VIII. Weapons
It can break during a fight. The probability to break is ?? (determined by dice roll).
Note:
- Its weight is 0 as long as it is equipped in the wardrobe.
- It is automatically removed from the wardrobe by equipping any other kind of offensive weapon and placed in the inventory.
- It is automatically removed from the wardrobe by breaking it.
- Details of how it is made can be found in the carpenter's workshop.
- For the effect to be active the shaft needs to be equipped in the wardrobe.
- When breaking a shovel or a pickaxe during excavations you will end up with a shaft.
- When breaking an axe after using it in the forest to gather bushels of wood you will end up with a shaft.
