The planning assistant is the character in charge of developing the town by managing the town's cadastre.
He/She is appointed by the mayor.

In the Planning assistant's office it is possible to:

• move buildings and decorations
• place locations for houses, fields and taverns the residents can use when placing their properties on the cadastre
• build roads, ramparts and decorations
• remove / destroy everthing

Holding the position as planning assistant grants:

• 30 influence points
• a municipal badge that can be displayed in the character sheet
• a title that can be displayed in the character sheet

Note:

• Destroying all 3D decorations that are free of charge is punishable by the administrators.
• It is not possible to move or destroy locations that are already occupied with a house, field or tavern.
