Campfire

A campfire is a simple tavern that can be build on any node that is not a village or capital of the Renaissance Kingdoms.

Building a campfire

To open a campfire the character has to be on a node.
Either choose "Campfires" in the main view or go to "My home" - "My properties" to find the option to open a campfire.
Enter a name and confirm the building, which costs 100 pounds.
If the character has pieces of driftwood in the personal inventory the costs will be reduced by 10 pounds per piece automatically, if 10 pieces of driftwood are available the campfire will be build solely with driftwood and no money is needed.


Changing the settings

To change the name of the campfire, the description, set a campfire leader (equals the barkeeper of a tavern, set menues and prices for food/drinks etc. go to My home - Properties - My campfire.
After making the changes confirm with the button "Update".
If you want to delete the campfire click the button "Put out the campfire". Be aware that it is irreversible and any inventory of the campfire will be lost.
Any changes can only be done if the character is on the node of the campfire.

Adding Food / Buy Beer

To place food in the campfire go to the personal inventory and simply use the transfer button to move loaves of bread, bags of corn or other edibles in the campfire.
Beer can be bought via My home - Properties - My campfire for the price of 0.80 pounds per pint. It is also possible to use barrels of beer in the personal inventory instead, 1 barrel transforms into 100 pints of beer that can be placed in the inventory of the campfire.

Influence points

Owning a campfire grants +5 influence points.
Being the campfire leader grants +3 influence points.


Note:

  • If the character is set aside he will lose all campfires automatically.
