The Bayonne ham is:

- an artisanal product:
- made by the butcher in their workshop from bushels of salt and half-cwts of pork

- obtained during the Christmas events by opening a box in the advent calendar (2016, 2017)
- used to complete the consumption card

It can only be produced in the following villages:
