Remarks:

Your character's sin should be increased by 3% and virtue decreased by 3%, if their favorite sin is gluttony. Otherwise, it's the other way around. Note that players are reporting a decrease/increase of inclination to be as high as 10% or 20%.
Consuming every type of sweet found in Azazel's Boxes of Delight grants a "Jack of all Candies" trophy.
Consuming more than 50 sweets found in Azazel's Boxes of Delight grants a "Christmas Glutton" trophy.
