It can be sold or bought on the market of town between 400.00 and 2000.95 pounds.

It has a weight of 10 in the inventory, but a weight of 0 when in the wardrobe.

It can be found on the wardrobe's slot XII. : Outfits.

Note:

As soon as it is used from the inventory: it will be permanently transferred to the wardrobe.
*Depending on the character's gender the corresponding card has to be drawn: female = card III. The Empress, male = card IV. The Emperor. If the character draws the card for the other gender it just vanishes.
Its colour cannot be chosen by opening a Haute Couture Mystery Box or by using a dye packet.
