The art of governement is the skill field that englobe all the scholastic skills of the major way of state.

There are 6 of them:

• S1 Basics of History
• S2 Study of Governement institutions
• S3 Principles of Law
• S4 Communication Techniques
• S5 Tax Collection Mechanisms

Mastering these skills (at 100%) allows:

• a civil servant to :
  • give State Points to a town hall or a Duchy
  • carry out audit of the finances of a town hall or a duchy (deactivated)
• a scholar to:
  • teach at the university in exchange of pounds
  • unlock other knowledges
• a high-class to :
  • gain lux point
    
    

Note:

• Your character must have at least 120 charisma points to choose the way of the state and army.
