The art of governement is the skill field that brings together all the scholastic skills of the major way of state.
There are 6 of them:
- S1 Basics of History
- S2 Study of Governement institutions
- S3 Principles of Law
- S4 Communication Techniques
- S5 Tax Collection Mechanisms
- S6 Trading
Mastering these skills (at 100%) allows:
- a civil servant to :
- give State Points to a town hall or a Duchy
- carry out audit of the finances of a town hall or a duchy (deactivated)
- a scholar to:
- teach at the university in exchange of pounds
- unlock other knowledges
- a high-class to :
- gain lux point
- gain lux point
Note:
- Your character must have at least 120 charisma points to choose the way of the state and army.
