Shipwreck

Once a ship reaches 0 lifepoints it will sink... and with it everything of the hold and the inventory of all passengers, including mandates. At the bottom of the sea remains only a wreck.
Immediately the wreck will lose 30% of money and items. With each passing naval round (= about 2 hours) there is the risk of the wreck being lost permanentely. The probabilities are 5% for oceans and 2% for rivers.
In case of multiple wrecks sinking on the same spot each of them needs to be plundered separately.
To plunder a shipwreck a ship is needed.
