Castle banquet
(Disabled until further notice)
Each day the Count/Duke had to provide the county council with a lavish buffet of food, the so called castle banquet.
The banquet consisted of a total of 20 meals, and the Count was able to decide which kind of food to serve. For 1 meal the Count could choose between the following ingredients:
- 1 piece of meat
- 1 fish
- 2 vegetables
- 2 fruits
- 3 loaves of bread
- 6 bags of corn
It was possible to provide all 20 meals with the same type of food or to mix the different necessary ingredients (e.g. 10x pieces of meat, 3x fish, 4x vegetables, 2x fruits, 6 loaves of bread and 12 bags of corn.
If the Count did not specify the food used for the meals then automatically available food items were taken from the county's inventory in this order: 1. Loaf of bread 2. fruit 3. Bag of corn 4. Bottle of milk 5. Fish 6. Piece of meat 7. Vegetable
The food had to be in the inventory of the county. If there was no food or not enough at reset, each meal missing was automatically substituted with the payment of 20 pounds (max. 400 pounds per day for 20 missing meals).
