The art of governement is the skill field that englobe all the knowledges of the major way of state.
There is 6 knowledges:
- S1 Basics of history
- S2 Study of Governement institutions
- S3 Principles of Law
- S4 Communication Techniques
- S5 Tax Collection Mechanisms
- S6 Trading
Mastering theses knowledges at (100%) allows:
- For a civil servant to :
- Give state points to a town hall or a Duchy
- make a financial audits of a townhall or a duchy (deactivated)
- a scholar to do:
- teaching at the university in exchange of pounds
- unlock the other knowledges
- a high-class to :
- gain lux point
- gain lux point
Note:
- Your character need to have in his characteristics at least 120 charisma points, to choose the way of the state and army.
