A excavation is an event occassionally organized by the Administrators together with Quests or other events.

Goal of the game
Sometimes, when a quest is in progress, it is possible to make excavations in each village. To do so, you have to go to the place where the digging is taking place (a place in the village) and then to the "Excavations" tab. There may be a picture link in the bottom-right of the village interface.

Buying addition attempt(s) at digging
Daily 1 free attempt is granted to every character at Midnight (Paris Time).
Additional attempts can be bought directly in the excavations window with gems (
.
Select the number of attempts to buy :
- 1 attempt = 60 gems (
). - 3 attempts = 180 gems ().
- 5 attempts = 300 gems ().
- 10 attempts = 600 gems ().
- 20 attempt = 1200 gems ().
Confirm the purchase by clicking on the Button "Buy".
Note :
- The purchase is immediate. Bought attempts are added to the daily free attempt.
- Bought attempts have no time limit to use. Use them whenever you want.
- There is only 1 free daily attempt to dig each day. If unused they attempt will not be saved, it cannot be accumulated with the free attempt of the next day(s).
How to play?
- In the village view go to Church - Dig near the church.
- Click on the symbol at the bottom of the village view.
To dig, your character must :
- be in a village
- have attempts to dig (free or bought)
- equipped in the wardrobe a
- shovel, produced by a blacksmith or
- pickaxe, can be bought in the Premium access for gems ()
- select a coordinate location by clicking on the map:
- X = from 0 to 99
- Y = from 0 to 99
- confirm the digging by clicking on the button "Validate"
Note :
- It is not possible to dig twice on the same field.
- Digging is no daily action, it does not conflict with the character working at the same time.
- Digging does not grant any Experience points.

It is also possible to dig up unique items and special items useful for solving the current quest.
Trophy
Breaking a shovel or pickaxe by digging grants the trophy "Fossicker".
