Mastering theses knowledges at (100%) allows:

• For a civil servant to :
  • Give state points to a town hall or a Duchy
  • make a financial audits of a townhall or a duchy (deactivated)
• a scholar to do:
  • teaching at the university in exchange of pounds
  • unlock the other knowledges
• a high-class to :
  • gain lux point

• Your character need to have in his characteristics at least 120 charisma points, to choose the way of the state and army.
