It can be sold or bought on the market of the town between 0.00 and 1000.95 pounds.
It is also available for purchase in the Thrift store for Premium access - Thrift store for:

• 800 pounds

It has a weight of 10 in the inventory, but a weight of 0 when in the wardrobe.

It can be found on the wardrobe's slot XIV.b: Backgrounds.

Note:
