The bailiwick is the village building that provides access to the institutions of the duchy/county without having to go to the capital.
It should be noted that the university is mainly useful for scholars, although craftsmen can also go there.
Here is what you can do there:
Find information on the county:
- The prestige of the Duchy/County
- Know the name of the count and contact them
- Meet the Count's First Secretary to change levels
- Access to the council information
- Vote in the council elections
- Find announcements by the duchy/county that are important
Go to court to:
- Know the names of the prosecutor and the judge to contact them
- See current cases
- Consult the register of prisons
- Find the link to the Rules for the Administration of Justice In Game (RAJ)
Go to the university to:
- Know the name of the rector and contact him/her
- Take a course
- Work:
- Going to the library to read a book
- See how much you know
