An editor, also known as a journalist, is a person who publishes articles for the KAP.
They are hired by the editor-in-chief of their agency after applying for a job.
They may publish articles, also known as dispatches, in accordance with the Charter of the KAP.
They receive a salary for each publication, paid at midnight and equal to [number of characters]x 0.007 pounds.
