It is possible to research a new idea at the University.
Searching for a new idea takes:
- 10 or 22 hours.
- 50 or 100 Action Points (APs).
It is impossible to work elsewhere at the same time. Furthermore, it costs 2.50 pounds for 10 hours (50 AP), and 5.00 pounds for 22 hours (100 AP).
To do this you must:
- Go to the university (accessible at the Bailiwick)
- Click on the link "You can work here"
- Click on the link "Look for new ideas"
- Click on the "Work" button
Gain knowledge:
- 10 hours or 50 APs: Very low probability of discovering a scholastic skill from a random skill field
- 22 hours or 100 PAs: Very low probability of discovering a scholastic skill from a random skill field
