Houses

Your house is your home. After your life in the shelter, this roof over your head is all yours! You can upgrade your house by buying one of nine available models:

The price of a house varies:

    • between 80, 200, 490, 990, and 1990 pounds (Pound.png)
    • between 290, 490, 990 and 1990 gems (Tokens.png)

The purchase is immediate. The newly purchased model is available via My house > Manage my house.

Fields

Your character can buy or sell its fields upon:

The choice of an agricultural plot can be made among 11 classic and special fields/farms.

You can change the way a field is used (reset it) for 50 pounds (Pound.png). That action is irreversible.

The 5 special fields/farms are not available at the time of the first purchase (Locked.png) and are only available in certain regions.

The price of a field varies:

Transactions (purchase and sale) are immediate. The seller of the field will find the pounds from the sale in the chest of his house.

Putting a field up for sale makes it impossible for your character to move until the field is sold or removed from sale.

Notes:

  • Field purchase is only possible in the town of your property.
  • Purchase of a second field is only possible by unlocking the skill "Squire".
  • It is not possible to own more than 2 fields at the same time.

Workshops

Your character can acquire a workshop upon:

Only one workshop can be owned at the time. To buy it through the land market, your character must:

  • be in the town where its house is located,
  • choose a workshop type from 8 classics and 6 specials,
  • have at least 100 pounds in its inventory,
  • confirm the purchase.

You will be able to change your workshop later but you will have to pay full price to buy a new one. Resetting a workshop is an irreversible action.

At the time of the first purchase, all the special workshops will be unavailable (Locked.png). To own a special workshop, your character will have to reset the initially purchased workshop. However, note that special workshops are only available in certain regions.

The price of a workshop is 100 pounds (Pound.png).

The purchase is immediate.

Notes:

  • A workshop cannot be sold on the land market.
  • Resetting a workshop does not allow you to gain an extra room in your house. The room reserved for the workshop will remain empty and cannot be furnished.

Taverns

Taverns are available for purchase upon reaching level 25.

The price of a tavern is 100 pounds (Pound.png).

The purchase is immediate.

Note:

  • It is possible to buy as many taverns as there are nodes in the Kingdoms and your character's finances allow it.

Consulting rooms

Your character, if a doctor, can buy a consulting room in a town.

The price of a doctor's office is 250 pounds (Pound.png).

The purchase is immediate.

  • It is possible to buy as many consulting rooms as there are towns in the Kingdoms and your character's finances allow it.

Flats

Flats are available for purchase upon reaching level 50. You can only buy a flat when in a capital city.

The price of a flat on the land market is 500 pounds (Pound.png).

  • It is possible to buy as many flats as there are towns in the Kingdoms and your character's finances allow it.

Mansions

Land for building a mansion is available for purchase upon reaching level 250. It can only be bought once, exclusively in the capital city.

The price of the land (the administrative costs on the land market) is 1000 pounds (Pound.png).

The purchase is immediate.

Note:

  • Your character must be in the capital to manage the construction site.
